Shipping policy

We currently ship within Canada and to the United States, and are happy to offer free shipping on all orders over $100.

All orders are shipped from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada in 100% compostable packaging (no plastics here!). Once your order has been placed, please allow 1 – 3 business days for your order to be processed.

All parcels are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping costs and timelines are dependent on destination and calculated at checkout. Delivery time standards are in accordance with Canada Post's guidelines. Please note that shipping times are in addition to order processing times. 

All customs and duties taxes incurred on US orders are the responsibility of the purchaser and may be charged at delivery by USPS (these fees are charged at USPS’ discretion). Weeboth® is not responsible for customs and duties taxes.
